A 6-week series of informative classes or individual sessions focused on research in the psychology of happiness and positive thinking. Participants will have fun while learning stress management techniques such as like breathing, humor, mindfulness, visualization, affirmations, and optimism.
Individual consultations to help you develop new ways to deal with everyday stresses in your life. You will learn how to recognize the signs of stress and how to turn off the stress response to improve personal health and well-being.
Based on traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture is part of a complete medical system used to diagnose, treat, and prevent illnesses, including pain management, fatigue, women’s health issues, gastrointestinal disorders, nervous system/ respiratory disorders, muscular disorders, and stress management/mental health.
