The Pain Management Center at the Houston Methodist Neurological Institute provides effective symptom management, functional rehabilitation and improved quality of life for patients suffering from pain, including the following: 

  • Chronic pain, from low back pain (spinal stenosis, disc herniation, sciatica) to complex regional pain syndrome
  • Acute and chronic headaches and migraines
  • Neck, joint and limb pain

Our research interests include treatment for chronic back pain and headaches, complex regional pain syndrome and use of ultrasound in pain intervention techniques for epilepsy and severe depression.
