Evaluate Nursing Quality Indicators and report to the National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI) which meets CMS requirements. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) program for reporting Health Quality Data for Annual Payment Update now includes a focus on measuring nursing quality. In 2010 CMS required hospitals to report their participation in a clinical database registry for nursing-sensitive care.
Service Quality evaluates our patient’s view of the care we provided during their hospital stay using Press Ganey evaluation. We work to provide excellent care in our communication, pain management, response of hospital staff and discharge process.
