Taking charge of your health is as easy as going to a baseball game. The Methodist Hospital will hold a free Men's Health Expo at Minute Maid Park on Saturday, June 25 before the Astros game. Men ages 45 and up who register will receive free tickets to the June 25 Astros game against the Tampa Bay Rays*. This expo offers simple and easy health screenings for men, health information and even a relaxing massage!

  • PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen)
  • Cholesterol and glucose
  • Body fat
  • Blood pressure
  • Flexibility test

Where is Union Station?

Will there be free parking?
No, parking will be standard charge as for every Astros game. Some nearby parking is available for $5.00.

What should I expect when I arrive at the Men’s Expo?
If you choose to participate in the free screening, you’ll complete some paperwork, including medical and HIPPA consent agreements. Once you complete the various free screenings you are encouraged to visit the variety of health information booths inside the Expo. After you pick up your screening results (if you had any done), you’ll be asked to complete a survey and then you are ready to enjoy the Astros game with your complimentary tickets.

Do I need to fast for the screenings?
No, please eat like you regularly would, there is no need to fast for any of the free screenings offered.
