Biography

Joy Wolfram joined the Houston Methodist Research Institute in November of 2011. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in biology from the University of Helsinki in Finland. She is pursuing a Ph.D. in Nanomedicine at the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology (CAS) under the mentorship of Drs. Mauro Ferrari and Yuliang Zhao. She has received eight research scholarship awards and is an alumnus of the Amgen Scholars Program.
