Classic Volunteers

Our classic volunteer program typically involves a commitment of one weekly four-hour shift for a minimum of 6 months. Volunteers are placed in assignments based on both preferences and open hospital opportunities.

Summer Teen Program

Our Summer Teens serve others while making new friends, networking with medical professionals, developing self-esteem and creating meaningful memories. The lives of our patients deepen through the energy and compassion of our teen volunteers.

Summer Teen Program

Our program offers volunteers many rewarding and meaningful opportunities to interact with patients, assist staff or provide clerical or administrative support to various departments. Creative placement and flexible scheduling allow each new volunteer to pursue his or her special interests, using individual skills and talents to make a positive difference in the lives of our patients, families, staff and fellow volunteers. By volunteering at Houston Methodist Clear Lake, many people have enriched their own lives while serving a vital role in the local community and helping others.
