A six week series for those who are ready to fine tune their lifestyle to achieve maximum performance in all areas of their life. The focus is on building a lifestyle based on scientific findings about maximizing human potential. You will learn how nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep and prolonged sitting can impact energy and thus performance and productivity. Goal setting and interactive activities are included in each session.
