Methodist hosts multidisciplinary cardiovascular patient care summit for senior fellowsHouston, TX - 12/21/2009
The two-day conference will focus on the latest and emerging technologies of catheter-based and surgical approaches for the treatment of coronary disease, valvular disease and aortic pathology. The conference will highlight clinical cases in which trainees will gain insight into multidisciplinary approaches to caring for patients with cardiovascular disease and the importance of collaboration across sub-specialties.
At the end of this program the attendees will achieve the following program goals:

To participate, fellows must be currently studying interventional medicine, vascular surgery or cardiac surgery, enrolled in a fellowship at an institution with a multi-specialty program and be one year or less from graduating.
