Biography


Dr. Stewart is a urologist who completed a fellowship in male and female continence, pelvic reconstructive surgery, and neurourology at Houston Methodist Hospital. She is an assistant professor in the Department of Urology. Dr. Stewart received her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine and continued on at Baylor for her general surgery internship and urology residency.

Dr. Stewart specializes in surgical and nonsurgical treatments for male and female urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, pelvic organ prolapse, neurogenic bladder, urinary fistulae, and pelvic pain. She also treats general urologic conditions such as kidney stones and enlarged prostate. Dr. Stewart has expertise in urodynamic testing, Interstim sacral neuromodulation, and pelvic reconstructive surgery using minimally invasive approaches with the da Vinci robot or laparoscopy.
