Strength and Conditioning Training Techniques

Our training techniques are customized to the individual athlete, as well as to the sport or activity of choice. Training sessions are offered in a group setting with proper instruction and supervision by our licensed and certified strength and conditioning specialists.

Training Techniques include:
  • Assess performance before and after program
  • Evaluate progress
  • Teach and supervise advanced training therapeutic exercises to meet post injury needs or performance goals
  • Increase overall strength and conditioning levels
  • Teach proper lifting techniques
  • Advance stabilization and flexibility
  • Improve speed, agility, quickness, power, and muscular endurance
  • Provide functional sports specific training
  • Supervise and motivate athletes
  • Educate and reinforce proper biomechanics with exercises

  • Initial consultation and assessment (private session) – $100 
  • Group sessions: 
    • one session – $25
    • twelve session package (must use within 6 week period) – $250

 5:1 clients to specialists; sessions last approximately one hour.
