The ALS Clinic is the first multidisciplinary care clinic for patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), sometimes called Lou Gehrig's disease, in the United States. Our general neurologists provide care for a variety of neurological conditions. Commonly treated symptoms associated with these conditions include headaches, trigeminal neuralgia, tingling, neck pain, back pain, numbness, dizziness memory loss, tremors and weakness. Patients are seen by referral only. Patients should bring medical records, including all imaging studies (CT and MRI scans), to their appointment.

The Nantz National Alzheimer Center (NNAC) provides comprehensive diagnostic, evaluation and treatment for Alzheimer's and related memory disorders. The NNAC is an outpatient clinical service dedicated to care and research for individuals with memory problems and to the support of their families.

The Movement Disorder Clinic is devoted to care and research for patients with Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders. These include Parkinsonism, progressive supranuclear palsy, multiple system atrophy, tremor (including essential tremor), dystonia, Tourette's syndrome and other tic disorders, Huntington's disease, myoclonus, restless legs syndrome and spasticity.

The Speech and Language Center provides evaluation and treatment options for patients who have difficulty with speech and language. These conditions include stuttering, spasmodic dysphonia and slurred speech, in addition to problems with language such as aphasia and apraxia.
