Membership Levels
Through your contribution to the Houston Methodist Center for Performing Arts Medicine's Stasney Chorus, you will support arts research, the integration of arts the hospital environment and high-quality, accessible care for performing artists.
Gifts of all sizes are critical to the success of CPAM and will be used to propel research, education and program expansion. We invite you to join Stasney Chorus at one of the membership levels below:
Stasney Chorus Levels
Gifts of $1,000 or more include a one-year membership in The Society for Leading Medicine and the CPAM Stasney Chorus.
- $1,000 — Chorister
- $2,500 — Section Leader
- $5,000 — Soloist
- $10,000 — Maestro
CPAM 25th Anniversary Celebration Special Recognition Gift Levels
Anniversary Leaders and Supporters will be recognized by name on a 25th Anniversary Celebration Plaque, which will be at Houston Methodist Hospital in the Texas Medical Center. Gifts of $50,000 and above are payable over five years and include Lifetime Membership in The Society for Leading Medicine and the CPAM Stasney Chorus.
